We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic real estate development environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage general office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily functioning
Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices
Perform receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing incoming calls professionally and courteously
Coordinate administrative tasks to support team members and improve workflow efficiency
Maintain organized records and documentation related to office activities and financial transactions
Monitor office budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective management
Ensure all office equipment is in working order and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary
Assist in onboarding and training new administrative staff to help them integrate effectively into the team
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness
Address and resolve any administrative issues promptly to maintain a productive work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within a real estate or similar industry
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial documentation
Proficiency in managing office supplies and ensuring inventory is well-stocked
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for receptionist and administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic office equipment and troubleshooting issues as needed
Highly organized with an aptitude for maintaining accurate records and documentation
Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems
