We are seeking an organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a productive, efficient workplace. Job Responsibility
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications
Support onboarding, recordkeeping, and general administrative functions
Supervise front office activities, including reception and visitor coordination
Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records
Assist leadership with reports, correspondence, and special projects
Help improve office workflows and operational efficiency
Ensure common areas and office systems are organized and functioning properly
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of office administration or office management experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
