Job Responsibility:
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial records and perform routine accounting tasks
Maintain personnel files and support human resources administration activities
Process invoices and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Create and analyze pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas to support reporting needs
Coordinate office operations and workflows to improve efficiency
Assist with administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain organized records
Monitor inventory and manage office supplies to support daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with human resources administration and personnel file maintenance
High attention to detail with excellent data entry capabilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
