Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Boardman, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication between staff and management. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented individual to grow within the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and confirm appointments, ensuring that schedules are optimized and conflicts are minimized
  • Manage daily schedules for drivers and communicate assignments effectively
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management, handling general office tasks as needed
  • Address scheduling conflicts and resolve issues in a timely and proactive manner
  • Foster a positive and detail oriented office atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is highly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic workflow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and scheduling software
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven reliability, with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
  • Must be available to work onsite in Boardman, Ohio during scheduled hours
