As the Office Manager, you will operate in a trusted and central role within the business, directly supporting our CEO. You will also play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting both management and operational staff. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our dog-friendly St Leonards office, suited to someone who thrives on being proactive, supportive and connected to the team.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and coordinate all administrative functions, including arranging meetings, managing invoices and expenses, organising travel, managing schedules, and maintaining office systems and processes
Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient maintenance
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
Act as a key point of contact for the business and representing the company in a professional manner
Assist with People and Culture related tasks, such as WHS initiatives and onboarding and offboarding processes in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office management or administrative role within a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a ‘team player’ attitude
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Slack
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
