We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily business operations. Job Responsibility
Oversee day-to-day office activities to keep administrative operations running smoothly and efficiently
Manage inventory levels for office materials and place supply orders as needed to avoid interruptions
Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide attentive front-desk support to staff and guests
Process accounts payable tasks accurately, including handling invoices and supporting timely payment workflows
Coordinate general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, document preparation, and office organization
Monitor office needs proactively and resolve routine operational issues to maintain a productive workplace
Requirements
Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar business operations role
Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic invoice handling
Ability to manage office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing activities effectively
Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach to reception duties
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative tools
