We’re looking for someone resourceful and adaptable to join us as an Office Manager in our Gibraltar office. This is not your typical office manager role, it is about noticing what needs to be done and making it happen. The work can be dynamic and occasionally a bit ambiguous.
Job Responsibility:
Own the travel desk across the company
Serve as a the first point of contact at our Gibraltar office
Find, onboard, and manage vendors
Ensure the office is well-stocked
Organize team-building activities
Manage our Corporify system and keep company records up to date
Support compliance tasks such as onboarding low-risk counterparties
Requirements:
