We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support our Directors and senior team in Portishead. This pivotal role ensures smooth office operations and provides high-level administrative support across departments.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Director diaries, meetings, travel, and expenses
Organise virtual/in-person meetings and prepare materials
Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and reception areas
Maintain filing systems and support document production
Assist with HR tasks, onboarding, and compliance (e.g., SMAS, CQMS)
Draft reports, proofread documents, and take meeting minutes
Handle calls, emails, and visitor hosting
Support internal events and provide PA cover as needed
Use Planning Portal as required
Requirements:
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Confident with Microsoft Office and digital tools
Proactive, adaptable, and able to meet tight deadlines
Experience in fast-paced or regulated environments
