As a key member of our administrative staff, you will support senior level leadership, coordinate office activities, and maintain an efficient, positive workplace. You will be working onsite Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and supply procurement
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for team members
Coordinate visitor management, including issuing badges and welcoming guests to the office
Answer incoming phone calls and professionally manage a multi-line phone system
Handling vendor management, calendar schedule
Coordinate events- example holiday parties
Coordinate company events and meetings, both in-person and virtual
Maintain office records, handle confidential information, and ensure compliance with company policies
Address inquiries and resolve issues to keep the office running smoothly
Requirements:
5+ years of prior office management, senior level administrative support experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new technologies
Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a professional environment, exhibiting strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work and collaboration
Must own your transportation to handle catering orders
