We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations. This Long-term Contract position will oversee front-office activities, help maintain a well-stocked and efficient workplace, and provide support for routine accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to keep office functions running smoothly.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and detail-oriented work environment
Manage purchasing activities for office materials and track supply levels to prevent shortages
Maintain organized administrative processes and support general office needs across the team
Handle front-desk coverage, greet visitors, and assist with incoming calls and routine inquiries
Support accounts payable activities by organizing invoices, preparing documentation, and assisting with payment workflows
Monitor office inventory and work with vendors to keep essential resources available
Help maintain orderly records, schedules, and correspondence related to office administration
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role
Working knowledge of office operations, supply coordination, and front-desk support
Experience assisting with accounts payable processes and invoice handling
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with staff and visitors
Proficiency with standard office software and administrative systems
Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
