Manage vendor relationships and service providers to maintain seamless office functionality
Organize internal communications, schedules, and logistics for meetings and events
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to facilitate recruiting, onboarding, and employee support
Plan and execute office events, recognition activities, and initiatives to foster a positive office culture
Support business operations by managing proposals, contracts, invoicing workflows, and project documentation
Identify and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency as the office grow
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
Exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
