We are in search of a competent Office Manager to be part of our team in Cape Coral, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with the management of customer relations, executing accounting functions, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. This role presents a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Job Responsibility:
Efficiently handle customer inquiries and maintain their records accurately
Ensure the proper processing of payroll
Carry out Job Cost functions
Effectively manage workers' compensation claims
Ensure all necessary paperwork for employees is in order
Oversee the filing and scanning of documents
Independently manage the office during periods of solitude
Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks
Answer inbound calls
Accept and manage deliveries
Requirements:
Ability to effectively manage and answer inbound calls
Familiarity with HP Proliant is advantageous
Understanding of Job Cost
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Filing and maintaining records is crucial
Nice to have:
Familiarity with HP Proliant
