Our client is recruiting an Office Manager to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. The role would suit candidates who are happy to work as part of a small team and be responsible for the day to day operations within the office, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Job Responsibility:
Day to day running of the office
Order and invoice processing
Managing client queries and complaints
Following up on delivery issues
HR - On-boarding, recruitment, inductions
Managing client database
Requirements:
experienced Office Manager or Senior Administrator
available immediately with access to own transport
Spanish speaking would be an advantage but is not essential
