We are looking for an Office Manager to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations. The Office Manager will work directly with the General Manager supporting HR, accounting, shipping and receiving, purchasing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional and work diligently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills, strong phone presence, and excellent attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Answers all incoming calls/emails in an efficient and professional manner
Prepare and review invoices & shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Track and resolve trucking & logistics issues that may arise promptly
Processing A/R and A/P
Assist with payroll
Assist with benefits questions and paperwork
Ordering of materials
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and passport
3 years of business office experience with HR and accounting
Extensive expertise with Microsoft Office software
Excellent verbal / written communication and organizational skills
Professionalism and attention to detail a must
Team-player and performance-driven
Nice to have:
Experience with check fixtures, automation, and/or specialty tooling is a plus
