We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support daily operations for a growing construction company. This role requires someone who can operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining structure, accuracy, and strong communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and be comfortable managing administrative operations, supporting project teams, and acting as a key point of contact between the office and field staff. Requirements:
3+ years of Office Management experience required
Construction industry experience strongly preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
experience with construction software is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both office and field personnel
