We’re partnering with a growing organization that is seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support both administrative and light accounting functions. Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities coordination, vendor management, and equipment needs
Serve as a central point of contact for staff, visitors, vendors, and leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and support company events
Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical
Assist with HR‑related tasks such as onboarding documentation and employee communication (as needed)
Process accounts payable: invoice entry, vendor payments, and expense tracking
Process accounts receivable: invoice generation, payment posting, and collections follow‑up
Support bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and basic month‑end accounting tasks
Draft and distribute internal communications and maintain office policies
Identify and recommend improvements to office procedures and workflows
Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
5+ years of office management, administrative leadership, or operations support
Experience with A/P, A/R, and light bookkeeping required
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management abilities
Comfortable handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
