Job Responsibility:
Manage the opening and organization of the office each morning to ensure readiness for daily operations

Handle incoming phone calls, providing assistance and guidance to clients regarding bail bond inquiries
Process new business transactions and update information in tracking systems accurately
Monitor court orders and follow up on missed appearances to ensure compliance
Communicate with clients and their families to provide updates and address concerns
Perform light collections tasks, including payment follow-ups and reminders
Organize and maintain workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently throughout the day
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and assisting clients professionally
Strong organizational skills to manage daily schedules and clerical tasks
Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion and accuracy
Experience in data entry and maintaining records effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and visitors
