Job Responsibility:
Office Upkeep: Oversee the general office environment to ensure it remains clean, tidy, and well-organised
Access Management: Manage and issue key fobs/access cards to staff, tracking and preparing new fobs as needed
Supplies Monitoring: Monitor and replenish office supplies like coffee, tea, snacks, stationery, and cleaning items
Delivery Handling: Organise incoming deliveries, including logging, unboxing Amazon packages, and notifying team members
Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure kitchen and communal areas are stocked, clean, and presentable for all team members
Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and place orders as required
Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks related to office operations to keep everything running smoothly
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
A proactive attitude and the ability to follow through on tasks
Someone who acts like an owner and takes pride in the office environment
Experience in office management or similar roles is a plus
