We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Office Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a contract role where you will play a critical role in maintaining the showroom, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and oversee showroom tours, including catering arrangements, setup, and cleanup to ensure a seamless experience for visitors
Manage sample requests, maintain an organized showroom space, and ensure all resources such as samples, literature, and promotional materials are up-to-date
Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing presentation materials, bid packages, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint slides
Act as the main point of contact for walk-in customers, scheduled visitors, and incoming calls from end users, dealers, architects, designers, and internal personnel
Maintain a clean and detail-oriented showroom environment, including managing supplies and refreshments for clients
Collaborate with the Showroom Facilities Manager on product displays, disposal of outdated items, and tracking loaned samples and monthly expenditures
Assist in planning and organizing events for the design community and clients, including arranging catering and travel as needed
Participate in industry events and membership meetings as a representative of the company
Respond to inquiries from dealers and the design community regarding product details, pricing, and shipment schedules
Ensure reliable attendance and uphold excellent communication and organizational standards in all tasks
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or showroom coordination
Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of the design process and interest in supporting the sales function
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks without supervision
Outgoing and approachable personality, with a team-oriented mindset
