We are looking for an organized and resourceful Part time Office Manager to support daily operations in our office. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace, keeping administrative processes running smoothly, and providing hands-on support across office services, employee experience, and technology coordination. Job Responsibility
Welcome guests and employees, manage front desk activity, and ensure the office presents a welcoming and well-maintained environment each day
Oversee day-to-day workplace operations, including inventory of supplies, incoming and outgoing mail, kitchen stocking, and coordination with external service providers
Provide onsite technical assistance by setting up equipment, connecting devices to office networks, troubleshooting hardware issues, and preparing computers for employee use
Partner with building management and maintenance contacts to address repairs, office access, safety matters, and general facility needs
Support onboarding logistics by coordinating workspace readiness, submitting technology-related requests, and preparing materials for new hires
Organize meetings and internal events by arranging rooms, coordinating food service, and helping manage onsite team gatherings
Handle administrative tasks such as calendar support, travel arrangements, expense submission, and preparation of business documents
Contribute to a positive employee experience by assisting with desk setup, welcome materials, and office initiatives that promote an engaging workplace
Maintain accurate tracking of office equipment and liaise with remote IT support resources when additional technical escalation is needed
Requirements
3+ years of experience in office management, workplace coordination, administrative support, or a similar position
Strong ability to manage reception duties, office operations, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with desktop support, including basic troubleshooting, hardware setup, and device connectivity for printers, scanners, and Wi-Fi networks
Comfortable preparing, wiping, and rebuilding computers for employee use in coordination with a broader IT team
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and confidence learning new tools and applications as business needs evolve
Experience supporting calendars, business travel, expense reporting, and general administrative processes
Familiarity with ordering and maintaining office supplies, working with vendors, and assisting with accounts payable-related tasks
Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and visitors
