Job Responsibility:
Oversee accounts payable by accurately entering invoices and ensuring timely processing
Manage accounts receivable tasks, including billing entry, cash application, and printing checks
Handle business-to-business collections to maintain strong client relationships and resolve outstanding payments
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to manage financial records and transactions efficiently
Coordinate office supplies ordering and inventory to ensure an organized workspace
Perform receptionist duties, including handling phone calls, email correspondence, and greeting visitors
Maintain accurate and organized documentation to support internal processes and compliance
Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Assist with email communication to address inquiries and support team operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure streamlined office operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative office management and financial processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for managing financial tasks
