Job Description

We're looking for a confident and capable Office Manager to join our client based in Hamble. This is a rewarding and varied role where you'll be supporting operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything is in place for your team to succeed.

Job Responsibility

  • First point of contact for client calls and emails
  • Booking company events
  • Organising travel
  • Setting up new contracts
  • Filing supplier invoices, delivery notes, and accounts documents
  • Assisting with business surveys
  • Managing shareholder and company insurance policies
  • Coordinating MOTs, services, and fuel cards
  • Logging vehicle mileage and maintaining Excel records
  • Conducting stock and stationery checks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management or administration
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humour
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
