Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Office Manager to support our franchise growth efforts, with a strong focus on franchise sales support and new franchisee onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and helping drive business expansion in a fast-growing commercial cleaning company.

Job Responsibility

  • Franchise Sales Support: Respond to inbound franchise inquiries (calls, emails, website leads)
  • Qualify and track prospective franchise candidates
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for leadership
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead activity and pipeline status
  • Assist in preparing franchise presentations, materials, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate franchise discovery days and recruitment events
  • Franchisee Onboarding: Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process from signing to launch
  • Coordinate onboarding timelines, training schedules, and documentation
  • Ensure completion of all required agreements, paperwork, and compliance items
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new franchisees during ramp-up
  • Support initial account setup, systems access, and operational readiness
  • Administrative & Operations Support: Maintain organized records of franchise agreements and documentation
  • Assist with reporting on franchise sales metrics and onboarding progress
  • Support internal communication between leadership, operations, and franchisees
  • Help manage calendars, emails, and general office coordination

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or account management
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Background in franchising, real estate, or B2B services
  • Experience supporting a sales pipeline or onboarding clients
  • Familiarity with contract management or compliance processes
