Job Responsibility:
Lead Accounts Payable (AP) processes
weekly check writing
Manage account reconciliations and sales tax for multiple entities
Oversee various insurance policies (auto, business, liability, etc.)
Manage onboarding and I-9 processing
Run payroll using ADP (approx. 20-25 employees)
Verify timesheets and handle both commission-based and salaried employees
Administer the 401(k) plan
Maintain HR-related documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in an office management or accounting-focused role
Advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills
Experience processing payroll
ADP experience preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
