Office Manager - Supporting a Dynamic Team in a Growing Business! We are working with a well-established and fast-paced company in the construction and development sector seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join their team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative support to the Director, and assisting with project and finance administration. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters, including supplies and facilities
  • Maintain administrative systems and support internal communications
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Help manage priorities and ensure timely follow-up on key actions
  • Support the administration of construction and development projects
  • Assist with document control, project tracking, and coordination with contractors and suppliers
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and liaising with the company's accountant

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a senior administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
