Job Description:

This is not a traditional Office Manager role. This is a chance to become the operational heartbeat of a scaling, high-performance recruitment business. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Director of Operations to sharpen systems, elevate our brand, fuel growth, and help build an exceptional internal environment. For the right person, this role will grow significantly with the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily office operations and keep everything running smoothly
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, maintenance and workspace providers
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support
  • Produce daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
  • CRM & data management - offers, placements & invoicing
  • Maintain sales presentation materials and intranet documentation
  • Upload and manage job postings
  • process inbound applications
  • Schedule and track social media activity
  • Support events, community initiatives and case study creation
  • Produce weekly & monthly marketing reports
  • Expenses management and statement reconciliation
  • Support payroll and chase overdue debt
  • Organise business travel and accommodation
  • Manage terms of business contracts
  • Coordinate onboarding and new consultant IT set-up
  • Organise social events, health activities and incentive trips
  • Arrange team recognition, gifts and seasonal celebrations
  • Support a positive, high-performance office culture
  • Conduct engagement surveys and team welfare check-ins

Requirements:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams at once - without dropping the ball
  • Commercially aware and confident in a revenue-driven environment
