You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Director of Operations to sharpen systems, elevate our brand, fuel growth, and help build an exceptional internal environment. Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations and keep everything running smoothly
Manage office supplies, equipment, maintenance and workspace providers
Act as the first point of contact for IT support
Produce daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
CRM & data management - offers, placements & invoicing
Maintain sales presentation materials and intranet documentation
Upload and manage job postings
process inbound applications
Schedule and track social media activity
Support events, community initiatives and case study creation
Produce weekly & monthly marketing reports
Expenses management and statement reconciliation
Support payroll and chase overdue debt
Organise business travel and accommodation
Manage terms of business contracts
Coordinate onboarding and new consultant IT set-up
Organise social events, health activities and incentive trips
Arrange team recognition, gifts and seasonal celebrations
Support a positive, high-performance office culture
Conduct engagement surveys and team welfare check-ins
Requirements:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams at once - without dropping the ball
Commercially aware and confident in a revenue-driven environment
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Quick to pick up new systems and platforms
Proactive - you don’t wait to be told
