Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility-related needs
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general administrative workflows
Support onboarding activities and assist with internal office procedures
Supervise front office functions and provide administrative support as needed
Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting or expense tracking
Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external visitors or partners

Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role
