Job Responsibility

Support accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and assisting with payment-related documentation
Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide front-desk assistance in a courteous and timely manner
Maintain orderly office records, shared spaces, and general administrative workflows to support the broader team.
Requirements
Experience managing administrative functions within an office environment
