Job Responsibility
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities coordination
Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative needs
Supervise administrative staff and assist with workflow management
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office policies
Partner cross-functionally with HR, accounting, and operations team
Requirements
3–5+ years of office management or senior administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
