We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee bookkeeping and administrative operations in the North Winston Salem, North Carolina/Pilot Mountain/MT Airy area. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in financial management and organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain proper financial records
Utilize QuickBooks to track and manage financial data effectively
Enter invoices and maintain detailed records for accounting purposes
Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Monitor commercial leasing agreements and ensure compliance with terms
Provide administrative support to enhance office operations and workflow
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Develop and implement organizational procedures to optimize efficiency
Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and aligned with company standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or office management, demonstrating attention to detail
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software
Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable practices
Expertise in bank and credit card reconciliation processes
Familiarity with commercial leasing documentation and compliance
