We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and help maintain an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, supporting staff, managing vendors and office resources, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
Job Responsibility
Manage daily office operations and vendors
Supervise administrative staff
Track budgets, supplies, and records
Support onboarding and internal coordination
Support scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and office events
Maintain office records, filing systems, and internal documentation
Assist with onboarding coordination and employee administrative support
Requirements
3–5 years of office management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office software
