Job Responsibility:
Oversee all aspects of office management, including facility maintenance, vendor coordination, supply inventory, and delivery management
Welcome visitors and manage front desk reception duties, ensuring the office maintains a detail-oriented and clean appearance
Organize and coordinate catering services, including ordering and setup for meetings and events
Collaborate with building security to manage ID badges and visitor registration systems
Ensure seamless office access by managing visitor check-ins and maintaining security protocols
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Teams to support administrative tasks and communication needs
Build strong relationships with vendors and staff to maintain smooth office operations
Monitor and address office supply needs by placing timely orders and keeping inventory stocked
Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and senior leaders, including C-suite executives
Facilitate accounts payable processes related to office expenses
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office coordination or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with senior leaders
Experience in catering coordination, including ordering and event setup
Familiarity with visitor registration and building security protocols
Proven ability to maintain a detail-oriented and welcoming office environment
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-visibility office setting
