The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations while leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and supervising administrative staff. This role ensures the office runs efficiently, maintains a productive work environment, and supports organizational growth through effective hiring and team management.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Maintain office policies, procedures, and systems
Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related needs
Lead full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies
Utilize various recruiting channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experience
Supervise, train, and evaluate office staff
Delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality
Foster a positive team environment and address employee concerns
Support employee development, engagement, and retention initiatives
Ensure hiring and employment practices comply with company policies and labor laws
Maintain employee records and support HR-related administrative functions
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits coordination
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
3–5+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
Strong experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
