We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions for a residential RV community. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in managing office operations within a property or residential setting.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations for a residential RV home community
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors
Manage resident records, leases, applications, and related documentation
Coordinate billing, payments, and basic financial reporting
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Support property management with scheduling, reporting, and special projects
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in office management, property management, or administrative leadership
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
