Job Description:

As an Office Manager at EZRA, you will be the welcoming face of the company, embodying its culture and values while managing daily operations of the office. Responsibilities include maintaining the office, planning events, facilities management, supporting IT issues, providing executive and HR support, and ensuring smooth operations through third-party vendor management. The role also includes assisting senior leadership and participating in cross-functional projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the office on a day-to-day basis including greeting visitors, managing deliveries, and maintaining general office equipment and supplies
  • work closely with cleaning contractors to ensure the office remains clean, tidy and looking tip top
  • lead the planning, budget management and execution of local, culture-boosting company events
  • facilities management, arrange repairs for any faults, repairs, or maintenance to be dealt with as quickly as possible
  • own the health & safety and fire procedures
  • maintain office services through third party vendors and be the key point of contact
  • support the team with IT issues in the office, escalating to IT
  • work closely with other Office Managers across the globe to support each other, share best practices and nurture a unique culture
  • provide executive support to North America–based Senior Leadership Team members, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, and expense management
  • support HR initiatives by assisting with employee engagement projects, onboarding activities, training sessions, and internal communications
  • support cross-functional projects and events, ensuring effective logistics, timely execution, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management, retail/hospitality management or in a similar role
  • strong administrative, communication and organisational skills
  • high levels of attention to detail
  • ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • ability to manage your time and be proactive
