We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of an organized office environment in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Job Responsibility:
Manage and coordinate daily office functions to ensure seamless operations
Provide support to administrative staff or independently handle administrative tasks as needed
Address and resolve office-related challenges efficiently and proactively
Oversee office supply inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels
Maintain a detail-oriented approach in all verbal and written communications
Utilize Google Suite tools such as Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets to manage office tasks and workflows
Facilitate light IT troubleshooting for office equipment and systems as necessary
Ensure the office environment upholds a high standard of organization and integrity
Monitor and enforce adherence to office policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Technologically adept, with the ability to handle basic IT troubleshooting
