Job Responsibility:
Project Coordination: From quotes to work orders, subcontractor scheduling, client updates, and invoice processing
Audit & Compliance: Keeping accreditations up to date and ready for annual audits
Fleet Management: Overseeing MOTs, servicing, and general upkeep of 5 vehicles
Office Admin: Supporting with service contracts, office moves, equipment, and general admin tasks
PA Support: Managing inboxes, attending meetings, and preparing reports for the CEO
Requirements:
Experience in office management or team admin within construction or facilities
Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using Salesforce and QuickBooks
A proactive, hands-on attitude
Strong client management and deadline juggling skills
