Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational policies
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence
Ensure invoices are accurately rerouted to the Accounts Payable department for processing
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
Collaborate with team members to support office functions and address operational challenges
Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain a productive work environment
Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation
Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Implement and improve office procedures to enhance productivity
Support leadership with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Familiarity with compliance standards and procedures
