Job Responsibility:
Managing incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries
Maintaining calendars for office staff, field teams, and leadership
Monitoring and managing company and executive email inboxes
Creating and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and materials
Reviewing property work orders, scheduling tasks, and tracking completion of open issues
Dispatching trucks and coordinating daily logistics
Maintaining daily work plans and employee scheduling
Creating and maintaining equipment, trucking, and inventory logs
Assisting with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Supporting financial tracking across multiple entities and properties
