Job Description

He/she is to assist in the day-to-day management of the office activities on the Warsaw site and support Country Director.

Job Responsibility

  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff, bookings and organizing meetings
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payment transfers, managing correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions
  • Define procedures for record management
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Provide updates on scheduled meetings and important events
  • Participate in budget preparation, expenditure scheduling and other financial operations

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience
  • Excellent oral and written expression
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
