Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee document management, filing systems, and records retention
  • Support onboarding, training, and general HR administrative functions
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and reporting
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and special projects
  • Answer phones, manage correspondence, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail

Requirements

  • 3+ years of office management, administrative, executive assistant, or related experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with scheduling, vendor management, and office coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or project management software
  • Background supporting multiple departments or executive leadership
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or office projects
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
