We’re looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. This role supports leadership, manages administrative functions, and serves as the central point of coordination across teams.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities
Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and office initiatives
Oversee budgets, expense tracking, and basic accounting coordination
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
Maintain office systems, policies, and administrative processes
Requirements:
3+ years of office management or administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
