Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead daily workplace operations and create a supportive, detail-oriented environment for employees and visitors. This Long-term Contract position is fully onsite and suited for someone who excels at coordinating office services, strengthening team experience, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-moving setting. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a service-driven approach, and the ability to balance logistics, vendor coordination, and employee support with care.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily flow of office operations, including front desk coverage, workplace services, supply management, and catering arrangements
  • Coordinate with external partners such as building management, maintenance providers, security teams, janitorial services, and food service vendors to maintain reliable office support
  • Organize employee-focused activities, including team events, engagement programs, and volunteer initiatives that contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture
  • Maintain conference rooms, shared spaces, and common areas to ensure they are clean, stocked, functional, and prepared for regular use
  • Support a safe and well-maintained office by monitoring workplace conditions and helping uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Track office-related spending, assist with budget oversight, and help allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or a similar administrative environment
  • Demonstrated success handling office services, vendor oversight, and day-to-day operational support in a detail-focused setting
  • Experience planning events or engagement activities that enhance employee experience and encourage team connection
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on details, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the interpersonal ability to work effectively across teams and with visitors
  • Experience monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting facility-related projects or office initiatives
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and workplace support or ticketing platforms
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service
