Oversee a wide variety of administrative activities and special assignments, ensuring deadlines are met and leadership priorities are supported efficiently
Build and maintain well-structured electronic records for financial, legal, and operational documents so information is accurate, secure, and easy to retrieve
Prepare, update, and format business documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel

Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries
Gather receipts and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner through Concur or a comparable expense management platform

Compile recurring and ad hoc financial, legal, and operational summaries for leadership, and distribute routine reports according to established schedules
Handle personal administrative matters such as organizing financial paperwork, securing signatures, completing errands, and assisting with property-related documentation as needed
Act as a reliable point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners while maintaining sound judgment and strict confidentiality
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or administrative operations, including work with senior executives or C-suite leaders
College degree or equivalent practical experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or business support environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills and strong capability in Word and PowerPoint
Experience with bookkeeping tasks and financial processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and QuickBooks
Familiarity with Concur or similar tools used for expense reporting and reimbursement tracking
Ability to work with sensitive legal and financial documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy and discretion
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
