Job Responsibility:
Manage all office operations, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and facility coordination
Provide support to leadership teams including calendar, meeting, and travel coordination
Assist with onboarding logistics, new hire orientation, and internal HR requests
Build and maintain a positive, supportive office culture with team events and communications
Review invoices, track expenses, and assist with light bookkeeping or AP/AR tasks
Oversee reception, incoming requests, and office workflow
Maintain organized filing systems, HR/administrative documentation, and SOPs
Support special projects including process improvements, office upgrades, and department coordination
Requirements:
3+ years administrative or office management experience
Professional presence with strong customer service instincts
Experience in corporate, legal, financial services, or consulting environments preferred
Solid MS Office and general tech proficiency
Strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and calm energy
