Our busy construction‑focused client in Central Phoenix is looking for a highly organized and detail‑driven Office Manager to support both project and accounting functions. If you love keeping operations running smoothly, managing office workflows, and jumping in wherever needed—this role is a perfect fit!
Job Responsibility:
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
Manage weekly check processing
Coordinate corporate contract reporting
Set up vendors/subcontractors and track insurance compliance
Keep project directories, bonds, and documentation current
Assist project teams with jobsite office setup and general admin
Support onboarding and maintain employee equipment tracking
Manage business licenses, ROC licenses, and equipment insurance
Process employee reimbursements and maintain accounting file organization
Oversee office/facility supplies and maintain an organized office environment
Answer incoming calls and manage mail/package distribution
Assist the Accounting Manager as needed
Occasional local errands (supplies, permits, mailings)
Backup: New project setup + tracking preliminary notices
Requirements:
2+ years of Construction accounting & administrative experience Required
Knowledge of construction-related software (ViewPoint, Foundation, etc)
Contract administration experience a plus
Strong attention to detail
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
