We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee accounting operations and administrative functions within our organization. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and execute month-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries
Administer payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Handle benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries
Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online
Coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation
Monitor project accounting to track budgets and expenses effectively
Prepare detailed financial reports to support management decision-making
Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and processes
Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or office management roles
Proficiency in month-end close procedures and general ledger management
Strong knowledge of account reconciliations and journal entries
Hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
Advanced skills in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
Familiarity with project accounting and intercompany transactions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
