Job Responsibility:
Manage front office staff, scheduling, and daily workflows
Oversee patient intake, billing coordination, and administrative processes
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Support HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and staff training
Manage office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships
Address patient concerns and operational issues

Requirements:
5+ years of office management experience, healthcare preferred
