Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts
Coordinate facilities needs and serve as the main point of contact for office-related matters
Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
Assist with onboarding logistics and general HR support as needed
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Prepare and process invoices
Assist with payroll coordination and time tracking
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
