Hannah Savage with Robert Half is working with a highly respected, mid-sized public accounting firm in the Rochester area who is looking to bring on an Office Manager to support daily operations and partner-level coordination. Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Manage client billing and assist with occasional collections
Coordinate scheduling across multiple teams and partners
Support partners with calendar management and meeting coordination
Distribute financial statements (pre-prepared)
Handle e-filing of 1099s
Draft professional client correspondence
Supervise a small administrative team
Requirements:
5+ years of office management or senior administrative experience
Prior experience in a CPA firm or public accounting environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with 1099s, financial reports, or tax processes is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail (formatting, documentation, etc.)
Ability to work with multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment
Interest in long-term growth and stability
Nice to have:
Prior experience in a CPA firm or public accounting environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with 1099s, financial reports, or tax processes is a plus
